received basic mani $30 no lotion or oil after, polish chipped and peeling within 24 hrs. tools are not sterilized between clients, French tip was so thick it took up a half my nail. no nude color as requested. final charge $$45. no clue what the extra 15 was for. couldn't understand a word she said
