I cant recommend this enough. I suffer from PTSD and could barely make it a day without being triggered. Iwas a bit nervous when I first started but within the first month I noticed a big difference in my response to my triggers. This changed my life.
At first I invested 20 sessions of Neurofeedback in 2017, but then added 10 extra due to the results I was receiving! More sleep, better memory, calm and cool vibe. Melissa at the Brain Train Center has been great with my son that was having symptoms of ADD and anxiety issues. The treatments have done wonders for him and his personality. I would recommend the services. Couldnt go on insurance but they do take Health Savings Account.
I have used several services at Be Wellness. The acupuncturist did a better and longer-lasting repair on my knees than did the cortisone shot from the MD. And neurofeedback has been soooo beneficial to me personally and to my counseling clients who have undergone neurofeedback training. Highly recommend both!
