I’ve been a patient here for a year now after having been with a different practice for most of my life. I was afraid I may have made the wrong decision, but quickly learned just how great they are! I am so incredibly happy I made the change, and appreciate the entire BWMF team! Having complex medical conditions can be daunting for a lot of Providers, but my needs have always been met and I have always felt heard. Highly recommend!
I'm so lucky to be a patient here and get the best care possible from super friendly and highly knowledgeable staff. If I could give it more stars I would. Anyone who can be accepted as a patient here will be very glad they did so.
Caring office and I feel Dr K listens. Something other Dr's don't do! His office staff and assistants are amazing! Highly recommend
Started off as an okay place to go for my mental health and overall wellbeing. Front staff is always rude and treats you like a drug addict when you call 3 days before your meds run out even though they expect you to do that. Multiple times I left crying because they don’t listen to anything their patients say. They’ve canceled every single appointment I’ve ever made 2-3 days before the date only to reschedule and still be forgotten about.
