Have not been to "Be Well" in so long. I walked in and Dr. Silvio Cozzetto recognized me instantly. He was so welcoming and inviting. The building and services were updated, and my experience was very pleasant. Dr. Cozzetto has the best personality and great sense of humor. He always makes my self-care experiences the best. Can't wait to return and highly recommend.
The staff at Be Well are truly exceptional professional, welcoming, and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxing, inviting, and always impeccably clean, which makes every visit a great experience. I’ve been coming here for over eight years, and they continue to improve year after year. I highly recommend the hydrotherapy services, and a massage with Noi is an absolute must!
I had an adjustment here and overall the service was fine, but a comment made during my appointment made me uncomfortable. After my back was adjusted, the chiropractor said, ‘Woah, you’re easy — don’t worry, I won’t tell the men.’ Even if intended as a joke, it felt inappropriate and unprofessional in a healthcare setting. Patients deserve to feel comfortable and respected at all times.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. I called their office and asked if they accept BCBS for adjustment and massage. Mind you, to make sure I asked again is the massage included and they said yes through my insurance it is. After my visit they said I was all set. They then billed me and when I called to ask they stated they don’t accept BCBS, then again said they did. I contacted them in several occasion ti sort this out then left message for doctor. He called me and reassured me that they do accept BCBS and that I he’ll look into it.... read more
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Melanie. I felt significantly better after just my first visit, which honestly surprised me in the best way. She really listens, explains what’s going on in your body, and tailors the treatment so it actually works — not a one-size-fits-all adjustment. 🙌🧠 She also recommended a Thai massage session with Pontip, and wow… absolute game-changer.
