Always kind and courteous.
I've never had a problem giving blood before, it took two nurses to draw my blood and I left severally bruised. Staff was rude, misleading& unprofessional. I'm so disappointed because I had heard such great things and the convenience would have been amazing. It's a shame, I will not be back.
