My experience was not great at all. Maybe if your getting extension u get better results. But the were rude I asked question wanted help with my hair so to hair loss had question no answer sent me off with a blow dry and a horrible cut. Asked for them to cut the damage and give me a volume hairstyle due to thinning hair I got a piece of crap cut and a sent on my way I was there maybe thirty mins.
