In over 10 years of business we have helped hundreds of people in the valley with their landscaping, and never once had a complaint, until now. This person was very unreasonable and malicious towards our company. Making formal complaints to the BBB, the registrar of contractors, the governor, the mayor, pretty much anyone who would listen. We did everything we could to try to make this customer happy, but they could not be reasoned with...
