RecommendedIt was an incredibly relaxing experience with great, detailed instructions and care. I actually fell asleep while floating and was able to do some great stretches as well.I want to mention the massage chair experience leading up to my float time, I could have sworn it was a person massaging my feet! It was very clean and COVID compliant. Marta was kind, patient snd very thorough😊
absolutely incredible and attention to detail experience. Since even the consultation, I walked in feeling absolutely at peace and got a tour from Gina of the studio. Each room had it's own magic to it and interesting devices. When I had to fill out the form for my needs within this place, I took a look at the guest book and started getting emotional immediately from what people wrote and that just got me.more excited. I received the sound therapy & a 30 min float and it was wonderful. I understand the fear of being alone with yourself for long periods of time, however what needs to come out will come out anyway so why not in a safe, relaxing environment.
I haven't even had my first session yet, other than my consult, and I already can't wait till my first appointment! I already felt 10x better just walking thru the door today! Ok, had my FIRST 30min float today. ... Started out in the massage chair... OMGosh I almost fell asleep! Next I was given instructions for the float - i.e. showering before and after, and how I would know the session was over... This is definitely my best part of the start of my week. It is my relaxation time and also allows me to cleanse all the stress and pains that I may have endured. Allow yourself to at least give it a try. You will be happy you did.
I highly recommended scheduling the sauna/float combo and to not waste anymore time wishing you “had the time” to commit to a day of total escape and deep relaxation; just make the time for you. My hubby and I go together because it’s a perfect date spot. Bringing a friend is fun but solo is such a treat❤️

Im so happy I signed up for a consultation when I found their ad on Facebook. I had my first float session today. Their whole facility is so clean, I had no anxieties about their no-shoe policy. That's saying a lot for a germaphobe like me. Gina and her whole team are lovely and personable. I felt like this was more than just a business to Gina, this is something she is passionate about to help people. Omg, this was an amazing experience and the owner Gina was so wonderful and Jodie made my first experience memorable. I had the opportunity to enjoy the chair massage. float and sound table. it was such a clean. welcoming and relaxing environment.
