Very classy shop, something you would expect in a luxury shopping mall. The room is tastefully decorated with lots of space, comfortable seating and no pressure staff. The service is attentive and respectful. I have purchased frames and lenses from here for years, and they have been great about follow-up adjustments and “cleaning”, including getting spray paint off the lenses at one point! Most highly recommend.

Easily the best optometrist I've been to from someone who's been wearing glasses/contacts since 2nd grade. Exams are thorough. There's no pressure to buy glasses or contacts right away, they email you a prescription right away. They also carry some very nice frames from SALT, Matsuda, and MOSCOT. A few other boutique brands as well though I didn't recognize them.

Very poor customer service. After spending time in the store to pick out frames, I called a few days later to ask a follow up insurance question. The woman I spoke to said "this is why we prefer people coming into the store instead of asking questions on the phone because it's easier to explain insurance in person". Which she was still able to explain over the phone, so that comment was rude, unnecessary and dismissive of the fact I had already been in the store. Lori at The Spectacle truly went above and beyond. She was an incredible problem solver and made sure I received my contact lenses in time before leaving for vacation, which was a huge relief. Her professionalism, communication, and genuine care made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Awesome place, great service, people who actually care. I am a CDL license holder, I had gone to dmv to renew license and had to do the vision test and didn’t pass. I called and they where booked out a few weeks but understand my situation I was placed on a cancellation waiting list. These actions are human understanding peoples life’s and situation. Will always be going back. And person who help was very sweet and kind her name was Lori
