Lismore store has great customer service . Rhonda has been very supportive when I ordered my new glasses .. well done to you guys .
Really great service and product selection, very knowledgeable, professional staff, bulk billed testing. Fantastic after sales support. New glasses are a process - eye testing, lens and frame selection, fitting, adjusting and then onoing support. At Be Seen we always feel supported though the whole process - with staff going the extra mile to make sure that we are satisfied with our eyewear.
Very kind caring professional staff , I was served by a young woman named Maddie, who was absolutely so helpful and kind , I have been getting the best of care by their Optometrist , They are a great team , We are lucky to have this great service in our community. Thank you to all the staff there
