“I had the most relaxing experience at Be Rosy From the moment I walked in, the calming ambiance set the ton and a beautifully clean, cozy space. The staff were warm making sure every detail contributed to an stress-free visit. I left not only with gorgeous nails but also feeling refreshed and recharged. Highly recommend

Sweet owner, cute place - but incredibly disorganized for the price point. I’ve only lived in Palisades for a few months and in that time they have rescheduled or canceled 90% + of the appointments booked with them, and I’ve always been flexible understanding it is a boutique business and wanting to be supportive. But for the price point, the inconsistency in quality & scheduling is quite inexcusable. Aesthetically, very pleasing. However, the customer service was extremely unwelcoming. The nail tech that did my nails came in made several demeaning comments and initiated our interaction with an already negative attitude. The owner was present at the time and did not step in during the several opportunities in which her staff was being unprofessional. Altogether, I spent 200 on the services, and ended up feeling worse about myself than when I had stepped in. Not only that, but does this look like a 200 dollar manicure?!
