B&E did a full roof replacement for us and overall it was a great experience and for a very reasonable price. From the beginning, Naaman took the time to listen to what we wanted and explained what would be done for the job. During the actual job, the crew was fantastic! They were polite, professional, and efficient. They also went above and beyond. I’m still waiting for a call back regarding the roof installation. There has been an issue with the chimney capping and now, once again, with the drip edge and gutters. Water is backflowing and wetting the wood underlayment. I previously sent an email a few weeks ago, and again tonight, but have not received a response. I believe the drip edges may have been installed improperly. The crew did return once and added some metal capping to cover exposed wood, but the problem persists. I recently had my roof replaced by B&E Roofing. They were fast, polite, and their installation resulted in no leaks (currently 2 months in.) However, the cleanliness factor was extremely poor. I had found full roles of nails in my lawn, framing nails down my driveway, shingle matter scattered throughout, and handprints along my siding. This was taken care of by a representative coming back out and cleaning off the handprints. I left it at that and figured it was minor enough. I got 4 quotes for my roof and decided to go with this company because their representative was very knowledgeable. He walked me through how the process would go and they were recommended by a coworker. The roofers were very efficient (in and out in 8 hours) and the truck that delivered the shingles had a crane to lift them directly to the roof. Great customer service as well.
