I recently had my roof replaced by B&E Roofing. They were fast, polite, and their installation resulted in no leaks (currently 2 months in.) However, the cleanliness factor was extremely poor. I had found full roles of nails in my lawn, framing nails down my driveway, shingle matter scattered throughout, and handprints along my siding. I got 4 quotes for my roof and decided to go with this company because their representative was very knowledgeable. He walked me through how the process would go and they were recommended by a coworker. The roofers were very efficient (in and out in 8 hours) and the truck that delivered the shingles had a crane to lift them directly to the roof. Great customer service as well.
B&E roofing replaced the roof on my townhouse in April of 2025. B&E's pricing was competitive and they were a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. They were able to help us select a shingle color that would meet our HOA requirements and blend in nicely with the other homes in our community. Our job came with extra complexity as we share a roofline with our neighbor, who was replacing her roof at the same time.
