Poor quality and though I signed up for 45 minutes and waited for 1:30 min to come, she pushed me down to 30 minute. Nice people but I recommend you don’t go here. The old Place at the airport was much better. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Also they turned down 5 people while I got my massage. The manager needs changing.
Had a layover and decided to stop in—so glad I did! Yvonne made check-in easy and added me to the waitlist right away. I started with 30 minutes in the massage chair, then enjoyed a manicure and pedicure with Amaya, who was absolutely wonderful—so kind and talented. My nails turned out beautifully 😍 Such a delightful way to spend a layover!
Such a “no value for people’s time” place! For context, I am a frequent international traveller and have availed such services at multiple airports previously. But this one sure is disappointing! They made me join their waitlist for more than 45 minutes, and just 10 mins prior to the service I just wanted to check if they do what they claim for nails on priority pass but they just denied straight away in a very unapologetic manner saying “no we don’t prefer priority pass people as our technician is busy” whereas, I could see... read more
