Such a “no value for people’s time” place! For context, I am a frequent international traveller and have availed such services at multiple airports previously. But this one sure is disappointing! They made me join their waitlist for more than 45 minutes, and just 10 mins prior to the service I just wanted to check if they do what they claim for nails on priority pass but they just denied straight away in a very unapologetic manner saying “no we don’t prefer priority pass people as our technician is busy” whereas, I could see... read more

Look at these reviews. They are accurate. It could be such a nice oasis, but you have to listen to Cindy’s loud gossip about other workers and her company while you try to relax. Skip it. Respectfully, J. Mark
Excellent airport neck massage,
Chase's Priority Pass gets me a 30 minute free chair massage. The staff are always wonderful and it's a nice break before I catch my connecting flight.
