I tried the chair massage to relax and pass time for my delayed flight; little I know it was a torture machine. I booked it for 30 min, and the whole time I was trying to adjust its settings. I got there just fine, and got out with terrible neck pain and backache.

If you ever have time before or after your flight you must visit this location... I stop in before my flight to Africa and Timothy was AWESOME 5 stars. He provides outstanding customer service and will give you the massage of a lifetime to prepare you for such a long flight.#Timothy you ROCK!!!!

So my choice of airport has always IAD for connections. I just got off an international flight on 10/21 at 430pm from NRT and all I wanted was a hot shower. I walked up to the counter and the lady was giving someone a massage in the foyer area. I politely asked if I could get a shower. By the look on her face I could tell that was not going to happen. She quickly said it’s broken. So you mean when I flew through on 10/6 at 10am as well it was broken then too. So it’s been 14 days and it hasn’t been fixed.

What a great massage, Timothy was excellent. If you’d like a deep tissue massage, rubbing away those nasty knots, this is the guy. There were 4 in our group, delayed flight turned into a good time. He also let all of us use the massage chairs when the others were being pampered
