We did a Walk-in and they took us right away. I went with an elderly friend who needed special care and everyone was so patient and accommodating and wonderful. I couldn’t say enough nice things and we will definitely go back again! A pedicure, a spa pedicure, massage, and toenail polish was so delightful for both of us to share and this staff is great. Place is very clean too.

Came in for a nail removal and the woman that helped me literally ripped my gelx nails off, when I requested she soak them off she told me “they don’t soak off.” I’ve had gelx for 3 years now and they’ve always been soaked off. She lifted one nail and made it bleed a little bit. She then filed them down super thin, I went in wanting it done correctly & professionally but could’ve ripped them off myself at home.
I went in for a gel x set removal and to get a gel manicure and Ryan assisted me. He was very professional, kind and provided great service with gentleness. I appreciated him taking his time with me. This was my first service with Be Polished Nails and Spa and I LOVED IT! I will be back. Thank you so much Ryan!
