Came in for a nail removal and the woman that helped me literally ripped my gelx nails off, when I requested she soak them off she told me “they don’t soak off.” I’ve had gelx for 3 years now and they’ve always been soaked off. She lifted one nail and made it bleed a little bit. She then filed them down super thin, I went in wanting it done correctly & professionally but could’ve ripped them off myself at home.

I went in for a gel x set removal and to get a gel manicure and Ryan assisted me. He was very professional, kind and provided great service with gentleness. I appreciated him taking his time with me. This was my first service with Be Polished Nails and Spa and I LOVED IT! I will be back. Thank you so much Ryan!

I called to see if they were available for a walk in and they told me 15 minutes. So I ate in my car (I just got off work) and came in after 15 minutes. Then waited another 15 minutes. Then finally said if I can’t be seen within the next 5 minutes I‘ve got to go across the street. They kept trying to show me the person who was supposed to be doing my toes and why I was still waiting. I finally got it out of them that I would STILL be waiting another 15+ minutes so I left.
