For days this review has been thought about because it is not the quality of nail work being reviewed, it is in how disappointed I am that Ruby (spa owner/manager) did not communicate with me there was a problem the moment I walked in - she never said one word. I got a gel pedicure at Be Polished and within 12 hours, one of the nails fell off. When I asked to come in the next day for a quick fix before a scheduled trip, they refused to accommodate me—even though it was clearly their mistake. There was no flexibility, no apology, and the staff was dismissive. I ended up visiting two other salons to try to fix it, with no success. If you’re looking for a place that stands behind their work and values customer service, I would recommend going elsewhere

They do a very nice job doing anything, but I do find that some of their services are a bit overpriced like gel extensions, I went there one time before a trip to get them and it cost me almost $100 for just a solid color and chrome compared to another salon where it cost me only 65 but besides that it’s a great nail salon

Best gel manicure I ever had. Went last Sunday for the first time and Tina did a wonderful job! The gel was really close to my cuticles, which pleased me and perfectly applied. Others salons put it so far away that you leave looking like you did your nails a week ago. Tina was very thorough, careful and delicate. I’m a costumer now!
