The team here at be polished are amazing, all the ladies are professional, kind and talented. Tina , lynn and Ruby specifically are amazing, spending so much time on my pedicure today to help me - it meant a lot. Thanks ladies
I won't go anywhere else for nails — this is THE place. For services like dip that require a lighter touch and less filing I ask for Ruby or Mo and my nails always look amazing. The rest of the staff there are great as well! I have two kids and sometimes have last minute cancellations or time-change requests and they always do their best to accommodate me. For days this review has been thought about because it is not the quality of nail work being reviewed, it is in how disappointed I am that Ruby (spa owner/manager) did not communicate with me there was a problem the moment I walked in - she never said one word.
