We had some tree roots in a line in the back side of our house. I had already killed the tree but the roots were not clearing out. Tory and Cory came out and cleared the line with some hard work but it's been 8 months now and the line is still clear. Recommended for professional, prompt service at reasonable rates.
Unfortunately I've had to wait five days currently for my water heater to be replaced. The one that nearly caught on fire is still in my residence. The business phone never gets answered and if someone does answer they like to tell you what you want to hear but never show up or call back to let you know what is going on. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion! Don't even deserve 2 stars honestly
Told me they would be out to install a new water heater, but never showed up on 2 different days. I even asked the girl in the office to please call me if something came up, butNo call back from anyone to inform me couldn’t be there.
I called and the owner was very thoughtful and wanted safety for my gas line. Troy and the owners son were very polite and willing to show me what they were doing. The green solution showed bubbles smaller and the psi went down slightly. Each time Troy tightened it and then left on no more than 20 minutes instead of the hour to detect smaller leaks.
