Dr. Sai and his staff are really great. Everyone is professional and very nice. Dr. Sai is not only highly skilled but provides a whole range of dental services. Dr. Sai goes out of his way to keep his patient comfortable and thoroughly discusses the necessary procedure and encourages any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Sai from Eaves Dental in Penn Yan.
Please don't go here. They are rude, unresponsive and will try to have you do unnecessary procedures.

The staff was rude. They schedule appointments then cancel for the same reason every time. Do not go if you have UPMC insurance.
Avoid this Dentist!! They’re doing unnecessary procedures(crowns etc) since Complete Dental Care took over the office. Most of the positive reviews online are done by employees of the company, and I’m seeing more and more complaints on Healthgrades that are the same as my experience(told I needed multiple crowns that I did not need).
I went in for my six month cleaning. I was told I needed three crowns and a filling replaced. This after they had just put on two crowns two weeks before. They quoted several thousand dollars and were very pushy about it. I was surprised I needed so much work because I had been going to Dr. Verner for years and never miss my six month dental visit. Very glad I went to another dentist for a second opinion. She strongly disagreed.
I had an appointment on Nov 3 at 6:00 and I was there at 5:45. The entire staff was going home saying they close at 6 (although the hours showed that they close at 7, so they lied). I told them that my appointment was at 6, but they in very unprofessional way, told me to call them another day to reschedule the appointment. So ridiculous. Very shameful.
I am very pleased with Complete Dental Care! I had used another dentist before I went here, and I was told I had to go to an Oral Surgeon to have my roots removed because a few of my teeth broke off. I went and they had to problem getting my roots removed and with no pain! A very good place to go!! Thanks, Complete Dental Care!! I always refer customers to you!!
I cannot express how kind and considerate the staff are at BE Orthodontics. They are truly excellent in all they do!
