Went in today a lady started filling my water for a pedicure it was barely warm and then she got up and some man came over, didn't say hi or anything. I tried to say hello, and he didn't reply. I tried to tell him when the water was cold. There was no communication, I understand he didn't speak English. He just wasn't friendly at all until the very end. This nail salon is amazing! Very friendly! I especially love my nail technician Tia. She is very professional, always on time and very creative, also she gives me ideas on best colors and designs! I recommend her☺️

I was told it would be a 30-minute wait. After 40 minutes of waiting, I was finally seated in a chair, only to be left waiting another 15 minutes before I finally just got up and walked out. I guess since it's about to be 5pm, they couldn't care less that I'm leaving.
