First time trying this salon/spa and I’m beyond pleased with my experience! Staff was very friendly and did a wonderful job ! Did not feel rushed-being I got a manicure, pedicure, and a complete facial. Also nobody showed any frustration with me even though I can tend to get shaky from time to time (: definitely going to be a returning customer! Thank you so much b&e nails!

I've been here a couple times and my regular manicure chipped in a few days with normal activity. Tried gel and they chipped badly after only a week. Gel always lasts me a couple weeks at least. Of course I was traveling so couldn't come in for repair. Came in after I got back to get them removed. They didn't offer anything to make up for it, even when asked, and even asked me to pay for removal. I told them I wouldn't pay more money for a bad mani/pedi. I won't be back.
