Absolutely horrible experience with this company do not book with them. I made a booking and then they asked for everything except my tax file number in order to stay We agreed to cancel and I was well within the cancellation terms on the agreed booking. It has now been two weeks since the agreement to refund was made, And no refund. I’ve contacted my bank. There are no incoming refunds from this company. I would like to sincerely appreciate Danny and his team for their outstanding professionalism. Their attitude and execution truly reflect a high standard of service. Their service is excellent! They took great care of my house. Especially Sebastian, who helped me file an insurance claim and recover the losses caused by a tenant who skipped out! It's crucial to hire a reliable management company for renting out the property, and of course, having insurance is also very important.

Probably the worst short term rental experience for us. We booked a home with them couple of months before our vacation, and I followed every instruction and completed every check in requirement before the flight. I repeatedly emailed to make sure I will receive the check in details on time because I was flying with my mother and 3 young kids from North America. It was a long, exhausting journey.
