We have experienced a series of unresolved issues including property damage, lack of communication and questionable business practices regarding potentially unnecessary repairs. B&E has completed our residential irrigation activation and winterization for years. This past year they emailed us over 3 months after our winterization to let us know they'd scheduled us for a repair. I bought a house with a system installed by B&E. I emailed to get a walkthrough of it, ensure it works, how it works. They scheduled me out 3 weeks then ghosted me on the day they scheduled. I responded and they rescheduled me for the next monday. They never showed up again. I responded in frustration that I keep waiting around all day to hear nothing. They resheduled again for 2 days from then. They ghosted me again.
We are longtime customers of B and E Irrigation, and their customer service is the worst. No one ever answers the extensions, we've had two appointments in the last two weeks and no one showed up either time. This has been happening the last few years. Ready to find a new irrigation company to work with!
B&E technician did a great job replacing valves, and cracked pipe. Appreciate all of his efforts
