I went here for about four months and had four cancellations from my therapist. Then I cancel because I'm sick and I get charged 75 dollars which overdrafted my account since it came two months after the fact. They tell you not to come in when you are sick then charge you for it. I try to call them to talk with them and get yelled at. Never in my life have I been yelled at by a doctor's office staff. They rarely ever answer the phone and never call back. I won't ever return or recommend this place to anyone.
Customer service goes a long way for me. Once I see that an office is willing to sacrifice clients over staff it's time to go. This office should pay attention when there is a legitimate complaint being made. That nice nasty attitdue front desk clerk is definitely the problem. Now they've lost three clients. I'd take Terri back any day. She was courteous and welcoming.
Fantastic, empathetic, top-tier care. Always available and flexible when I have same day schedule changes. 5/5!
