After fixing the leak on the furnace, I had an issue with my outside AC unit not running and called B & E Heating and Air. Eric arrived right on time, in fact, he showed up about 5 minutes early. He quickly inspected and troubleshot the system, completing everything in under 30 minutes. He took the time to explain what he found, answered my questions, and gave me helpful advice on both my AC unit and thermostat to help prevent future issues. I called B&E on Friday to get a second opinion, and they were able to work me in that same day. After talking with them, I felt comfortable moving forward because their pricing was reasonable and they took the time to explain everything. They installed my new HVAC system yesterday, and the whole process went smoothly. I highly recommend this company.
I called B&E HVAC on a Sunday. Monday morning they were here at said time! NOT ONLY did they immediately find the problem but replaced the part, cleaned both units and checked them thoroughly! I lost contact with them back in 2013 but they are LOCKED IN NOW!!!!!! Thank you B & E.

If you are reading this, Stop. Just go call them already. Seriously. Call them I’m a pretty handy guy, but I wasted so much time trying to diagnose and fix it myself. There is no substitute for experience, and you can immediately tell that this husband and wife team at B&E have it in spades!
