We’ve been receiving services from Be Heard for over a year now and we couldn’t be happier. The speech therapists are wonderful and very knowledgeable. The owner Monica is very accommodating with scheduling and reply’s to emails very promptly.
My son has a voice! I started taking my son to Be Heard the summer before Kindergarten began. From the beginning, the staff were wonderful, warm and welcoming. My son is non-verbal and has autism and helping him to find a way to communicate was a priority. Be Heard worked with me to locate the best communication device, and then worked with my son's Applied Behavioral Analyst staff to train his entire team on how to use the software since no on there had ever used it before.
