I have been training with Dara and Kristen and I absolutely love it!!! They are extremely knowledgeable about fitness and have helped me gain strength and confidence.
Iam having a great experience with this gym The workers are very courteous and knowledgeable Dara my trainer actually knows what she is doing and I wont hesitate to highly recommend her The gym is well equipped with modern equipments
Be healthy makes you see results. Dara is An amazing trainer and support. She will help guide you to your best self. All the trainers are amazing as well.
Even in group classes, I feel I get plenty of personal attention. I wish I had time to go more frequently, as I think it helps me. Although they have given me a home exercise program, too.
I started working one-on-one with Dara a year ago. I wanted to get in shape, maintain a consistent workout routine, and feel better, overall. I was able to achieve these results and so much more! I have lost weight, gained muscle, learned how to strength train, and enjoy coming to my workouts! I have trained with Dara, Mark, and Kristin, and they are all wonderful.
