I can’t review their work as they have been a no show for the last 2 estimates that I needed. I was needing everything from painting to crawl space vapor barrier installation so I chose them based on reviews and the services they offer. Received a text that they were on their way an hour and a half ago, still haven’t shown up. Same thing that happened last year. Guess I should have learned my lesson. No one will answer the phone or return my calls.

A family from Soldatna booked my rental through Furnished Finder when I realized I needed rear driveway space for their two vehicles. Through proactive planning, I contacted Be Happy Property Services LLC. Within reasonable time I was scheduled for snow haul in time to offer my tenants on site parking. I was going to be a cheapskate and just tell them to park on the road but then I considered the snow, ice, and safety hazard(s) of doing that. It’s the cost of doing good business. Thanks guys

I hired them for snow removal services and after our huge snowfall they didn't show up until the next day. The they plowed the driveway and dumped the snow in an eight foot mound in the sidewalk and the fire hydrant. Two phone calls and the did not rectify it and tried to tell me to call the city to clear it. I had to hire another snow removal company to clear it. Stay clear of this company for snow removal

The work done was very satisfactory, workers were pleasant and efficient, project (two decks, stairs and porch) was professionally done, and the work area was cleaned up very well. A couple of follow-up items were taken care of immediately and satisfactorily..

My order was wrong twice. It felt like no one paid attention. Really disappointing.
