Be Happy Property Services are very reliable, and do an excellent job. I am happy to recommend them.
Had a great experience working with the Be Happy crew. The employees were professional and friendly and the work they did was Excellent.
So I thought we were on the same page , nope, there still billing me and there charging me 2% late fee on a bill that is incorrect !!! They want 350$ for a 15 min trash removal, when they quoted me 250$ minimum for 2 guys for 2 hrs or 135$ and hr for 1 guy I still have the text for proof I get it’s a business , how ever don’t quote one thing and bill for another I do NOT recommend!!
I requested an estimate. Communication was fantastic. They answered all of my questions. Would work with them again.
