Posting on behalf of my Husband, who already left a 5 star review for our previous interaction with this business. This time we wish to thank Steven for his expert help replacing our old toilet and broken garbage disposal. Even when we had unexpected part failure, Steven was able to leverage his expertise to provide a solution that same day. Beyond that, the front desk is always responsive, respectful, and ready to help. We will be definitely be calling Be Happy again for our next projects!
I had called to get an estimate to have my front yard torn up, leveled and reseeded. I let the lady know I’m off on Fridays and would be home all day for a scheduled estimate. Her reply was “oh we don’t typically do estimates on Fridays”. I then stated I’m home at 4:45 Monday-Thursday. She replied “we don’t do estimates after 4:00”. “Let me call the boss to see if we can do an exception and I’ll call you back shortly”. Not a call back at all. Thank you for a job well done on my Spring yard cleanup….all my shrubs were neatly trimmed and the grass and winter debris was removed. They even took away the leaves and old foliage that accumulated in the corners of my driveway. The crew was very polite and reviewed what I wanted done before they got started. Thank you and I think I’ll make this a regular thing…Spring and Fall cleanup!!
UPS ran into my parent’s home with their delivery truck. I contacted Be Happy Property Services to get a quote and repairs done. Unfortunately I am still having that battle with UPS’ insurance but I want to give a special shoutout to Lee. He has been SO understanding, supportive and helped me out as much as possible.
