They just don't have enough help to help anyone. I have a small job to put in a stairwell handrail. I even have the handrail. They couldn't find time to help.
Our bathroom remodel was not a big job nor a fancy one. However, Be Happy treated us like we were their only customers. Good quality work with nice attention to detail, all for a reasonable price and great, responsive customer service. We even had our final bill adjusted (without asking) to a lower cost because the job didn’t take as long as expected.
