Attempted to make an appointment on 4 different occasions. After finally receiving a confirmation for an appointment she can cancelled my appointment 40 minutes before as I was driving to the store. Don’t waste your time. Customer service is non existent.
Not helpful at all, was not open to scheduling a time for me to come and see her dress
It’s unfortunate how they took my money and didn’t give me the dress I ordered. I paid in full on April 11, 2026 and was told it would arrive by mid-May — it never did. When I asked for an ETA or tracking information, I found out the dress had not even been shipped yet (this was May 28th). When I asked for a refund, they refused. The owner texted me saying: “Why are you in such a rush? Your event is in August!” I explained that the dress needed alterations and that I was leaving town in July and needed to take it with me. I had the best time trying on dresses for my bridal shower got 2 dresses that I was so obsessed with. The owner made the process so easy and adjusted the dresses to my body type. I looked so good on the day of thanks to her🤗 I highly recommend you get your dress from her, she will make your vision happen
