Great atmosphere, affordable, location is perfect, staff is helpful and friendly, and the boot camps are AMAZING!!! (Great trainers!) Well worth the cost for the results you get!

On my first day, Mike set me up with a schedule to address my specific needs and goals. He gave me a regimen to start with that I am comfortable with and we will go from there as I progress. The gym has a lot of equipment and is very neat and tidy. Everyone is very friendly. I would highly recommend Be Fit to anyone looking to get back into shape or maintain.
