The process was easy. Rich Hackler performed the energy audit and explained the whole process. The crew came added the additional insulation and ceiled leak area in about 6 hours and were done. They were extremely neat.
Can’t say enough positive about our experience from estimate to completion. All involved were very professional , with a shout out to Kristen, “communicator of the year”!
Disappointing The manager promised us there was to be no damage, but the installers were not careful and nicked the newly painted walls, stairway, railing and chipped the sink. I think things would have been different if the manager was there during installation. We did get an apology, and an offer to repaint the damage, but we did not want the contractors back in the house as they lost our trust.
The entire team from start to finish was incredibly friendly, dog friendly and very detail oriented. Extremely talented and professional. Couldn’t be happier with B&E!
Responsive, quick, and beautiful work. When I submitted an inquiry, they called me not even 10 minutes later to schedule an estimate. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Great people and great work. Cannot say enough great things!!
