Good communications, came when they said , completed work on time and arranged for zero % financing. They did what was promised and on time. They worked with our heating contractor to make sure everything worked as expected.
The process was easy. Rich Hackler performed the energy audit and explained the whole process. The crew came added the additional insulation and ceiled leak area in about 6 hours and were done. They were extremely neat.
Can’t say enough positive about our experience from estimate to completion. All involved were very professional , with a shout out to Kristen, “communicator of the year”!
Disappointing The manager promised us there was to be no damage, but the installers were not careful and nicked the newly painted walls, stairway, railing and chipped the sink. I think things would have been different if the manager was there during installation. We did get an apology, and an offer to repaint the damage, but we did not want the contractors back in the house as they lost our trust.
