My house is only 3 years old. I went to the attic to store some things and noticed light shining through the roof. I messaged Jeff the owner on a Sunday at almost 9pm. He replied with in minutes and told me he would be by to inspect the roof in the next few days. He did just that ! With his inspection he send videos showing me the problem with the roof. I have a large, tall and steep roof. The crew was at our house at 6:30 am and gone by 4:30 pm the same day with the job completely finished. Everything cleaned and picked up. Great customer service from the owner and his son.
Jeff and his team were very easy to work with. They made a plan, communicated well, and got the job done! The area was clean afterwards as if they were never there! Thank you Jeff and team, and great job!
After hiring a different contractor to replace my roof, months passing without the job getting done, and a bunch of back and forth, I moved on from that contractor and gave Jeff at Be Dry Roofing a call. Within two weeks of first contact, he had his crew out here and I had a new roof within the day- for several thousand less than the previous contractor was going to charge. Jeff and his crew just knocked it outta the park. They did a fantastic job helping us get started, making the repairs, and installing the new roof. They did a pro job on the clean up as well. You cannot ask for better.
