My furnace had quit on a Sunday morning. I called Matt and he sent Mike out right away. Mike assessed the issue and fixed it quickly. Then we scheduled a routine preventative and both Mike and Ryan came out and both did an awesome job. Will be calling again for future needs. Thank you Be Cool!
Mike was great, he came out earlier than I was expecting and got our heat and hot water back up in no time. He fixed some of the issues the builder did wrong. I’ll be using Be Cool going forward for my services.
Be Cool Heating and AC installed our system 5 years ago and they have been servicing our system since then. Mike and Darrel came today and did a great and professional job. They are very communicative and friendly as well as knowledgeable. I will be using them for future HVAC needs and highly recommend them.
Mike and Ryan came for a preventive maintenance visit. They discovered no problems other than a need to clean the filters and other parts of the wall unit after checking/cleaning the outside and inside components of our split system AC. They washed removable parts (like the cover & filters) outside. Next, they set up a cover/funnel to trap the water from their power washer deep clean which directed the water into a bucket as they cleaned the inside of the indoor unit.
