We had Larry who is Brandon's dad do a job for us. We hired him to install a foundation for a home addition. Larry showed up and gave us whole speech about how he could do it for a fixed price and gave us a completion date. He also told us he had a large work force and no job was too small. Fast forward, we believed him, hired him and are now out of thousands of dollars. Larry took the job and was here most days working by himself. Had B.E Construction come out to add onto our back patio. They came out and did the estimate and then ghosted us. We would call to get an update on scheduling but get nothing back. Finally they got back on it and we moved forward since Brandon is a friend of a friend. We have 2 gates leading to our backyard and they were told which one to use as the other gate needs to be leveled and doesn’t open.
