The team was responsive and professional! It was very easy to schedule the cleaning; I filled out the online form on Friday, and they made it out on the following Monday. John did a great job; he placed guards around corners to keep the equipment from damaging any walls, and made our dusty carpets smell fresh again! The cleaning occurred during a very rainy week, so with the high humidity, it took a day or so for the carpets to dry out completely (without a dry-vac pass), which we expected. Based on the rating of 4.9 I chose B.E. Carpet cleaning services, was scheduled for 8/31/21 @ 1PM No show or a return call to apologise. I was in the middle of closing a house and found a very unreliable veteran owned company.

I had the guys come clean my carpet and area rug. I’m an animal foster, so you know what that means. My carpets were pretty stinky. They now look and smell fantastic! They took their time, made sure it was done right and were super friendly. I’d recommend Daniel and his company to anyone who asks and I will be using them again. Finally found my go to carpet cleaners! If your carpets need to be done, you definitely should call.
