Mark is an excellent massage therapist and is reasonably priced
I had a great first experience at Be At Ease yesterday. It's close to my home and very conveniently located. Mark is a true professional and used very effective techniques that I never experienced during past professional massages. For the first time in months, I woke up with NO back and neck pain. Mark does fantastic work!
My massage was so good the owner has very capable hands. The setting was nice not a lot of ambiance but to me that did not matter
Mark is excellent at what he does. He finds and works out the knotted spots so I always come out of the session feeling better. Mark also knows how to work with injuries. The physical space is no-frills and simple, but is always clean. Highly recommend this small business.
