SECOND UPDATE: My voicemail has been set up and active for years so maybe you called the wrong number. Also, the chair doesn’t have a fabric covering. Again, perhaps you don’t have all the correct information. I also bought another recliner with leather upholstery which operates much more smoothly than the chair you “sold” me and also offers massage and heat for half the price. After a very frustrating experience with American Airlines damaging a brand new electric chair. Joe came out and assessed the damage and repaired the chair to good as new. I can’t express how awesome and professional he was. Very sympathetic to the situation and fixed the chair at my home so that I did not have to go without my mobility device. Thanks Be Active and especially Joe the technician!
We had a wonderful experience with this company. They were caring, efficient, and kind. They exceeded our expectations . We highly recommend this company if you are in need of medical equipment .
Chris and the team rescued us this week. We purchased hospital beds through someone else and paid for white glove delivery but the delivery people couldn’t assemble the beds and left them in pieces. We had no beds for my 91 & 92 year old parents who were relocating to FL. Chris and his team came to the rescue, delivering beds on a Saturday, so they had a place to sleep. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I am a disabled veteran and my mobility wheelchair became inoperative so I called Chris and within one hour he had his technician come to my house to pick it up and he returned it completely repaired within an hour I couldn’t believe it I couldn’t be happier thanks guys for all you did for me
