This is the Only place to purchase or rent medical equipment in PC! Melissa was so kind and helpful and bent over backwards to provide the necessary equipment on impossibly short notice. Her technician, Joe, was kind enough to come on his own time to deliver and assemble everything and patiently explained how to operate each piece. His smile was infectious and much appreciated. SECOND UPDATE: My voicemail has been set up and active for years so maybe you called the wrong number. Also, the chair doesn’t have a fabric covering. Again, perhaps you don’t have all the correct information. I also bought another recliner with leather upholstery which operates much more smoothly than the chair you “sold” me and also offers massage and heat for half the price. After a very frustrating experience with American Airlines damaging a brand new electric chair. Joe came out and assessed the damage and repaired the chair to good as new. I can’t express how awesome and professional he was. Very sympathetic to the situation and fixed the chair at my home so that I did not have to go without my mobility device. Thanks Be Active and especially Joe the technician!
We had a wonderful experience with this company. They were caring, efficient, and kind. They exceeded our expectations . We highly recommend this company if you are in need of medical equipment .
Chris and the team rescued us this week. We purchased hospital beds through someone else and paid for white glove delivery but the delivery people couldn’t assemble the beds and left them in pieces. We had no beds for my 91 & 92 year old parents who were relocating to FL. Chris and his team came to the rescue, delivering beds on a Saturday, so they had a place to sleep.
