Terrible service. The driver name Emmanuel dropped my brother car on the wrong side of the street which parking against the flow of traffic and the car wasn’t inside the line also. I came out and told him to correct it and he refused and told me it will be another service fee that i have to pay. I asked who is going to pay if i get the ticket for parking wrong spot he said he doesn’t care about it. He argued with me like 30 mins instead just correct his job for just only 5 mins. When I called the girl was very nice and friendly answered my questions. When I came in person the front guys where very nice and also where able to answer my other questions.People need to understand that they charge for their services. Just because you paided the police to get it out doesn't mean you paid them for storing your vehicle/bike what ever it is they have of yours.
