BD's refinished our white oak and parquet floors and they look AMAZING! Brian is super knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions. He and his team were kind and professional, and I will absolutely use them for all future hardwood flooring needs.
This is the best work and communication I've had from any company in the triangle. They showed up when they said they would, they told us what was going on the whole time, and the quality of the work could not be better. They stitched in flooring where a wall was removed and then refinished a couple rooms. I didn't realize what a difference a refinish would make, and the stitched in area is unnoticeable. We will have them back to do more. Very impressed.
I recently had the pleasure of working with BD's Hardwood Floors for a comprehensive project involving the refinishing of my main floor, stairs, splicing in new hardwood to the existing flooring, and installing new hardwood on the top floor. Fabulous experience working with BD's Hardwood Floors Inc. Scheduling with Karen was a breeze and she provided great information + several quotes upfront which really helped us narrow down a decision between site finished or pre-finished hardwoods.
