Michael Curtis and BDM property management was just on channel ,7 news today oct.5. This man thought he was untouchable now hopefully he will loose his cam and never be able to practice in the state of Florida again. Major roof issues at every development he manages he's very rude and I am so happy today knowing a higher authority has addressed this company

As a person with a documented disability, I am being shown disparate treatment by our property manager, Michael Curtis of B.D.M. Property Management LLC. The neighbors located adjacent to me having moved in July 2021, are disturbing my ability to enjoy peaceful and quiet enjoyment of my property with excessive loud noises violating the Nuisance Law and creating a health issue for me as I have constant headaches from the loud music being played and other various loud noises. Micheal Curtis why did you let final notice parking tow all these cars then claim you have nothing to do with towing but you and Alfonse mazzarella bought a condo in colonies 2 2609 to be exact for 60,000 then turned right around and sold it for 190,00.00. you willfully don't take homeowners money then send them to collection so you can put a lien on them and take the property. Worse company ever. They are bullies who try to take people house so they can buy them for the low then sell for high as done at colonies 2. Michael Curtis is a master mind who uses his power to do so. The roofs have cracked and missing tiles. He has a tow company tow homeowners cars He collect our HOA fees then tell us we haven't paid thank God for receipts. BDM Property Management is the worst. The only thing they are managing are their pockets. MIKE is horrible! I have never dealt with anyone who lies so much in my life. Do not believe a word that comes out of that man's mouth. Since BDM came aboard, it has been a complete nightmare for our community. I do not know how this man's license is still active. CURTIS, MICHAEL CHRISTOPHER B.D.M. Property Management, LLC located Pompano Beach, FL 33060. They are the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with in my life. They are rude, disrespectful, terrible work ethics and workplace practices. This company is unresponsive and never answers their phones or emails. Michael Curtis yelled and screamed at me and made me cry like a child on several occasions. They never opened their office even pre-Covid to serve customers. This company is the worst! Even the emergency line is ignored. My condo had termites, my neighbor upstairs has termites all over the porch and our calls and emails are ignored. I also have many complaints when you call Donna, is very rude! Do not use them to manage your property. You’re welcome!
