I chose BDM CONSTRUCTION for my addition because there were afew challenges. I was not DISAPPOINTED. Caroline the project manager meet each one of them head on.She was always informative and on top of things if a problem arose she addressed then and always keep me updated when people would be over and time. Caroline was EASY to talk to and importantly LISTENED to each concern I had. THANNK YOU BOTH CAROLINE AND BDM CONSTRUCTION! WE LOVE OUR ADDITION.

We searched a couple years for someone to Redesign / Remodel a kitchen and bathroom of our lake home that is 25 years old. Fortunately, we found BDM Construction. Their quote estimate was on track and only deviated if we made changes. The estimated timeline for completion was followed and only deviated if it was out of their control. We had a huge renovation on our home partly using a VA grant. BDM construction was wonderful with the paperwork and meeting timelines. Project manager Caroline Smith worked hard to get things done we needed by certain dates all while we lived in our home. We recommend Michael and his staff at BDM to all veterans and non veterans. We will definitely use them again in the future.
