Will wait purposely longer to get their 40% retainer, when a case could easily be settled in a matter of weeks. Low communication Just want their money
There's definitely something fishy about this firm I'm not dealing with this one exactly but another one in La it's good to see bad reviews finally it's kind of funny that is empty building and a business is around them are supposed to be old school which they were have no reviews on it cuz they're not there anymore
This law firm should be subjected to an in-depth investigation. I am warning you NOT to go with them. My experience was horrible. First, they lost the forms I signed with their rep who came to my door. No one knew his correct name but the excuse was he had family issues, even though they didn’t know who it was. Then, a doctor’s office called me notifying me that I had been accepted on a lien basis and a confirmation email was sent from the BDJ Law Firm. I am a current client and I wish that I would have seen these reviews before I got involved with this company BD&J Once I did come across these reviews I thought to myself not everybody is going to have the same experience. Do not hire this firm! They are a setttlment mill. I haven't once talked to an attorney. Only Case managers. I text them to take the necessary steps to terminate my relationship. They never got back to me. Then some called me, I once again told them I wanted to terminate the relationship. They said the lawyer would call and never got a response.
