I wanted to write this review after I had professional photos from my wedding so I can post my dress after alterations. They did an exceptional job at hemming my wedding dress which only involved the front area of the dress. She followed my instructions by keeping the A train at the back of my dress and did a great job at keeping the hemline clean after hemming. Amazing customer service and they work super fast! They made me feel really comfortable the moment I walked through the door and were really helpful in helping me find the perfect dress for an event. The seamstress did wonderful in adjusting it to fit perfectly too!
The service at BDIVA is AMAZING!!! I went there to get my alterations for my wedding dress - they are so nice and help you with everything you need! They did the alterations perfectly. I felt so beautiful in my dress! The alternations were completed quickly and by the date they guaranteed it. The cost was very reasonable! I highly recommend BDIVA & will come back for any future alterations.
Very good customer service, the women who work there are very friendly. They helped me choose and fit the dress. They do alterations on-site. A highly recommended place, the dresses are very pretty.
I got my sweet 16 dress with them, they are very welcoming and patient. The ladies were very helpful and make you feel comfortable and help figure out what really suits you for your day. I really recommend B'diva for everyone!
