I'd like to thank Daniel Saluni for his exceptional service and professionalism. I rented a unit that was managed by BDG properties for a year. Whilst I did not have much interaction with the company itself, Daniel (the agent) was prompt and always just a phone call away to answer my queries and provide assistance. I had a leaking pipe which was immediately resolved by Daniel and he arranged for the plumber to fix it on the same day. Also called the property business. Worst in my 20 years of renting! The attached photos are of the move in condition of a property that I rented from The Property Business. I was sure to ask a minimum of 3 times before my move in date if the property had been cleaned since our previous tour of the property. I was assured that it was pristine... The 3 bins were full to the top with a nice coating of maggots. The oven needed to be replaced. There was mold and rot throughout the property. There was a trash heap under the house.... read more
