BDF has been managing my rental house for almost 10 years. Very responsive always glad to help. The house never stays vacant long and feeback on the market is always very accurate.

Brett and his team at BDF Realty helped manage our property for 7-8 years. From tenant acquisition to handling maintenance requests and everything in between, it was a breeze working with Brett and his team. We really appreciated their professionalism, expertise, and transparency during our entire tenure together. We highly recommend BDF Realty's Property Management services to anybody in and around the Charlotte area.

I worked with Brett for over 10 years. He is absolutely fantastic and extremely responsive. I was fortunate to have the same tenants in place the entire time. He handled everything. I often forgot the house even existed which is what you want. I'd give Brett 10 stars if I could!

Absolutely unprofessional! I have rented homes for over 11 years and have never once had a problem being approved. I wasted my time jumping through hoops to get them every document they needed and I was unqualified in their eyes. I 100% meet all criteria for renting one of their homes. If you see BDF Realty for any future properties that your interested in, do not waste your time. I will happily spend my money else where!!
