Remarkably responsive and knowledgeable. They've provided hardware support, software support, and managed services.
Our school has been using BDE for years and they have consistently been wonderful to work with. They respond immediately when we call them with a problem - my hard drive just died - they came out, took the modem and had it replaced and reconnected in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend this company.
