2024: Kathy for the win! I have been going to her every 4 months for 1.5 years and shes the best! so glad i found her here on google maps :) She never disappoints. Thanks Kathy!! 2023: Kathy is amazing! She came in on her day off to do my hair. She did an amazing job on the color, i love it! She listened to what I wanted and didnt rush me out. Loved my hair cut. Google it for something close to my house. I usually don't do but I was done with long hair. Best haircut since I been in Baytown (8) years. Will update I'm doing my gray hairlighs next week.
what I asked for. I tried to make sure she was on the same page with me, but it felt like she didn’t listen at all! Then charged a huge cost for basically butchering a trim job and ruining my hair. Would give negative 10 stars if I could. Seemed like a great place by the ratings and pics. I felt terribly deceived and ripped off. Seriously, worst experience.
