Lived here during Covid lockdown and still have nightmares about the experience. The studio walls are paper thin. You will hear every conversation your neighbor has along with every movie, tv show, song, and snore. I also briefly lived in one of the lofts, which were actually pretty decent units.

A beautiful space in an adorable part of town, but the utilities are wildly high, and rent increases are insane. The walls are ridiculously thin as well. Unless you have the perfect neighbor, you will hear every single thing the neighbors do and say. Maintenance is on top of things because Amanda, the property manager, is excellent and compassionate. If the management company itself were a little more transparent, I probably would rate higher. Because of the huge rent increases, untenable utilities cost despite restricting m... read more
