My truck broke down on I-70 East. I called them around 5:30 AM and they showed up at 6:50 AM. Two guys came without any diagnostic computer, just checked fuses and wires—basic stuff I had already checked myself. After that, they mostly sat in their truck for about 3 hours. Around 9:00 AM, they said they couldn’t find the issue and still wanted to charge me $700. Very disappointing experience. I do NOT recommend calling them for roadside service or towing—waste of time and money.

RUN!! Do not waste your money on this place. It’s a scam. They’ll take your money and not repair your vehicle. I’m so displeased with this service.

I had an awful experience with [Mechanic Shop Name]. I took my car in for B&D Truck and Trailer Repair, and not only did they overcharge me, but they also failed to fix the problem. After being quoted one price, I was shocked when the final bill was significantly higher, with no clear explanation. Even worse, after supposedly completing the repairs, my car still had the same issue. When I brought it back, they gave me the runaround and refused to take responsibility for their poor work.
